Preserving Manual data added to a PowerQuery Table

If you have added a column for manual entries to a PowerQuery table you may have discovered that when you refresh the query that the manual data gets messed up.  In order to keep the manual data you will need to take a snapshot of the manual data in another query and then merge that query with the new data.  Here's how to do that.
