Microsoft Visio is a powerful tool for creating sophisticated organization charts, process documentation and even schematic drawing and maps. Visio also contains a powerful database component that allow integration with existing databases (e.g. staff info) or to export database information into Excel. The database allows for the creation of many field per icon that allows for tracking of personal info, inventory or process information.
