Current Training Options

In-Person

We are running classes in Kelowna. Get the best training with small groups and Microsoft Master Instructors able to answer any of your questions and give immediate support.  In addition we offer a two year free refresher policy on all our Office 365 courses and one year on all our accounting courses.

Remote Training

PowerConcepts provides the convenience of online training with the benefit of instructor-led courses.  We will be using Microsoft Teams and Whereby to provide instructor-led hands-on training courses.  These small group, interactive training courses will cover the same content as our regular courses.   In addition, our two-year free refresher policy will still be in effect so at any time in the next two years participants will be able to attend either another remote session or one of our classroom training sessions at no cost.  Please contact us if you have any questions about how to proceed with this option.

NOTE - Prior to taking our virtual courses, we require that you have the Application/Program downloaded onto your computer and that you have two monitors.
